Investments
We invest as a principal, and we hold privately.
The firm invests its own capital in operating companies around the world. Individual holdings stay private, as they do at any firm investing on its own account. What is public is the sectors we invest in, the criteria we invest against, and a direct line to the people who decide.
Sectors
Where the firm invests.
Consumer and digital commerce, regulated healthcare, technology and applied artificial intelligence, mobility, education, travel and professional services. These are the sectors the firm has already operated in, which is why it can help inside them.

Before you write
Five things worth putting in the paragraph.
- What the company does, in one line, as a customer would describe it
- Who is behind it, and what they have built before
- Where the money comes from today, if any is coming in yet
- What the capital would actually be spent on
- What is standing in the way, in your own words
A paragraph is enough. No deck is required and no introduction is needed.

Your project
Tell us where the project actually is.
A concept on paper and a company already taking money are two different conversations, and we would rather have the right one. Answer honestly: nothing here disqualifies you on its own.
Submissions are read by the firm's principals and treated in confidence. Nothing you send is passed to a portfolio company or to a third party.
After you send it
What happens next, and when.
It is read
By one of the principals, not by a filter. There is no assistant between the form and the people who decide.
You get an answer
Either it is worth a conversation, or it is not for the firm. Both answers come with the reason, and neither takes long.
Thirty minutes
With the people whose capital is committed. What you are building, and what is standing in the way of it.
Then terms, in weeks
Assessment, then one document setting out what the firm commits and what it takes in equity. The criteria are published in full before you write.

We do not write a cheque and wait. We are in the business from the first week.
